TMC Maintenance Co. is a family-owned company located in Winder, Ga. The company maintains and repairs commercial equipment, with customers like Five Guys Burger and Fries, Race Trac, Aries, Frontline International and more. They now serve the residential community in Barrow County, as well.

Owner, Jeff Guthrie, prides himself in having a company rooted in hard work and integrity. He has been working since age seven, when he decided to start up a lawncare business- and mowed over 140 yards by himself one summer! By high school, he had learned how to build full-sized automobile engines by himself. That type of work ethic grew over the years and helped him excel at tech school and in the business world. 

In 1997, Jeff and his wife Monique took a chance and founded TMC- and it has become a force to be reckoned with. The company has succeeded in its different locations over the years, and it has survived and stayed profitable during multiple recessions and the Covid-19 pandemic.

TMC continues to grow when other competitors fail. It could be the owners’ experience and business savvy. It could be the strong customer relationships that TMC maintains. Or it could be that this is a company that genuinely gets the job done, every time; proficiently; effectively; and accurately. All of that encompasses Jeff’s perspective on customers: to treat them like family. And TMC does just that.
